Resartdesigns policy is 30 days from purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please return in packaging such as bubble wrap to protect item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund your banking institution may not have processed..please allow around 3-5 business days for processing (not including public holidays).
Check with your credit card company and banking institution if not received within due time. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Where item is defective all postage will be paid by Resartdesigns (photographic evidence required via email before return is approved). You will then be asked to send the item back.
Where exchanging due to change of mind all postage will be incurred by customer and item must be in the condition it was sent (photographic evidence will be required via email).
If exchange item chosen is more expensive than the original item the difference in amount will be requested to be paid before the new item is sent out to you.
